The City Creek Project is scheduled to officially open during the first quarter of 2012, However certain retail components of City Creek will begin opening this year. The new food court opened February 9th and the first retail store opening, Deseret Book, is now open.

The City Creek Project will include over 80 stores total with Nordstrom and Macy’s returning to the Salt Lake market as major tenants of City Creek. Retail at City Creek is also expected to include a grocery store, multiple fine restaurants, and 1.6 million square feet of downtown office space.

The City Creek Project also includes several residential condominium buildings, offering amazing views of downtown SLC and the Wasatch Mountains. Once completed, City Creek will be able to house over 700 families in the new project.
