Jared has been in the real estate business for several years now. starting with his first home purchase at the age of 18, Jared have bought and sold several homes and investment properties throughout Utah.Jared also worked for the Northern Wasatch Home Builders for four years, gaining tremendous knowledge and experience with new homes and construction. He now work full time as a REALTOR in Salt Lake City helping people with their real estate needs.

Green Agent

Jared is a Designated GREEN Agent with the National Association of REALTORS. The GREEN Designation is the only environmental real estate designation addressing multipl specialties. It is athe only green designation for agents recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Close to one-half of all greenhouse gas emissions are produced from buildings. Green building isn’t just responsible; it’s necessary. Both consumer demand and government policy are making this happen and shaping the future of our industry.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. As an accredited buyer representative Jared has gained:

Valuable real estate education that elevates his skills and knowledge in the Real Estate business.
Ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that help him
to stay on top of the issues and trends in successfully representing
homebuyers.

In order to receive the ABR Designation, a REALTOR must spend several hours in the classroom as well as provide proof of successfully working with multiple buyers.

At Home With Diversity Certified

At Home With Diversity® is an educational opportunity designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry to real estate professionals. The class teaches real estate professionals how they can increase their sensitivity and adaptability to future market trends. It addresses issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences. Participants learn practical skills and tools to effectively service all cultural groups.
